Created in 1990, at a time the decision makers became sensitive to global warming (Kyoto protocol happened in 1992) the founders of Precious Woods took their responsibility by implementing Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) practices in the highly devastating agriculture and forestry activities in order to break the rules and so reduce the impact of deforestation.
